OVERVIEW
Attorney Kelliher
and his associates bring a diverse background to the practice of
law. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Attorney Kelliher served in the
United States Army. Upon his Honorable Discharge he persued a career
as a Corrections Officer at MCI Walpole, which at the time was the
only maximum security prison in Massachusetts. Attorney Kelliher
then left the Department of Corrections and entered law school at
the age of thirty.
He brings with him an
enormous amount of life experience. Attorney Kelliher has a great
rapport with the persons he represents and the Court personnel.
He has successfully tried thousands of criminal cases, both misdemeanors
and felonies. Attorney Kelliher thoroughly enjoys the practice of
